Water issue

About three days ago when I was sweeping in the garden , I noticed the wet patches round the corner.

The flow of water rushing out slowly from the bottom hole of the wall had partially flooded my pebble ground. There were a few such hole but It was not for drainage. In the beginning, I thought it was the laundry water from my neighbour's washing area but the water was clear and not soapy. So out of good will, I informed the maid about the matters. I watched the water kept flowing but thought the plumber would fix it the next day.

The next day, It was obviously not what I thought so, the water patches had spread out, it looked like a rivulet flows among the pebbles. I quickly called the son to inform his mum when she's back.

I waited and waited, my concern was to no avail, they did not bother to turn off the main tap or come forward to find out what's going on. My hubby saw it too and asked me to remind them again.

I was not too happy. I told him that let's not brought this up again. We kept waiting to find an opportunity to talk to the father as he would definitely worry about the bill he had to foot by the end of this month.

Finally we managed to had a chance to communicate with him.

My hubby and I were relieved.

This morning, the plumber arrive...
